The hotel was run down and overpriced for its condition, With all of the other hotel choices to make I WILL NIT BE STAYING AT A La Quinta ever again, what a disappointment, carpet strip poked my foot in the night while walking to the restrooms

The hotel room really badly needs updating. The woodwork on the sinks show lots of wear. The bathtub was scratched and rusted (Room 210). The wallpaper near the window was hanging from the ceiling. For the price we paid, I was expecting more.

Very quiet clean motel, convenient off interstate and close to restaurants.Very pleasant at front desk ,great cs. Easy check in and check out.It could use carpet change in hall ways, but they were clean

It is a nice place , quiet , and clean , stayed there three times ...

TV did not work. Fumes from paint where they working on another room was unbearable as well as the workers creating noise in hallway. Bed was just ok, very squeaky. Staff was wonderful. I would stay again and give them another try.

Staff was rude, room wasn’t clean toilet handle was broken, I had to fix it because they only had 1 person working apparently. The lady who worked during breakfast was the only bright spot of our stay. Overall very disappointing for a La Quinta.

My experience was great. My room key was ready at the deal when I got there. The room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Great stay. This is my fourth time staying at LaQuinta in Smyrna.

I had to ask them to remove the stoner passed out outside, I also didn’t realize Tenn is a pot state, my goodness it was awful!

Employees were excellent. Hotel and room needed remodeled. Old and drab. I have several times in LaQuinta in Tucson, AZ and it was excellent. I was very disappointed here.

The ladies at the front desk were super nice, my room was dirty, found a vape and dirty socks under the bed, i got at least 10 to 15 bug bites on my ankles and legs from the bed i slept in. I looked for bed bugs but didn't find any. I hope it was Ants. The service staff doesn't speak english so it was hard to talk to them.
