We had two rooms reserved , one was like in the picture and the other room felt more like dungeon. We anticipated both to be the same.

No elevators, 26 steps to room on first floor, would have appreciated being told about this in their description. Lugged my luggage up the stairs. Tv did not work advised the owner, but he did not care. Dark room , mattress very hard and pillows could be replaced. Plastic bags in the garbage and cups in the room would have been appreciated, cleanliness issue. Shower door broken, needed assistance to open door :(

If you want to actually receive the breakfast that you have paid for then do not stay here. The room was fine and the staff were helpful when present, but the breakfast was scheduled to be in another establishment a block away. I tried to get access for over an hour, within the time range specified, but could not, and when I finally inadvertently got access no one new of any breakfast arrangement. There was no reception facility at this time to liaise with. Stay somewhere else that shows respect to visitors to their city/country.

We stayed just one night in 900. Service was excellent, the location couldn’t possibly be better, 1min walk from the train station and main piazza “piazza yenne”. Room spacious, nicely decorated and as a bonus 50” tv. Bighly recommended

The location of the guestrooms was perfect. It's really close to the center of the city and you don't have much discomfort of the traffic noise. These guestrooms are in a low traffic street. People at the reception were really nice and always wanting to help.

I had a very nice room, very silent, witha confy bed and a small nice bathroom. I choose it because of the nearby to the train station. The staff was nice and friendly. I staied just one night so I cannot say anything about long term stay, still I can say it's a nice place, at least for a short term. In my reservation, brackfast was included but I had no time to go the nerby Bar and have a coffee :).

Clean, quiet, and peaceful hotel with easy access to the train station and the historic center of Cagliari. I'll definitely be coming back!

We thought it was quite a good place to stay. Particularly the location is excellent, very close to train station and cafes.

Overall a very nice B&B for a good price. Cleaned daily, large neat rooms.

It's a very convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Easy ealking to the old town and some excellent restaurants.

Excellent location in this beautiful city. Check in fast and efficient with very friendly and capable staff. Room lacked minibar/fridge and safe and ahower was tiny. Bed very comfortable. No views. Hotel staff leave at 8pm so access is by outside door and key. Car parking is an issue but with a little persistance you can find a space nearby. Breafast is a cold continental at a cafe literally 1 minute outside hotel and available until 10.30am. Hotel close to shopping and old city centre, bus starion a mere 5 minute walk and airport a10 minute drive. Excellent value for money.
