Everyone was exceptionally kind and helpful. The desk staff helped the bolt driver to find us and even stopped a driver that pretended to be a bolt/ uber driver from trying to get us into his car.

Great stay, wonderful location. Staff very nice and helpful. Only issue is the Wifi, or lack there of! Didn't use dining at all.

The best asset to Catalonia Hotel was it’s staff, especially Lucas at the Front Desk.
I had been feeling ill and he assisted me in finding an Urgent Care.
The next day, he followed up and inquired as to how I was feeling.
Personal touches make a difference especially when you are not feeling well.

This property was about an hour walk from the "tourism" areas but we enjoyed the walk. Nonetheless, it was a clean a quiet facility.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We walked the Portuguese Camino, so stayed at the start and 3 weeks later on our way to Lisbon for our flight home. Would book it again, as it meets all of our needs.

Clean, modern and well appointed room…..convenient location. And particularly liked the spacious bathroom. Staff was quite helpful and informative. Staff at the bar and restaurant was always very friendly. Would stay here again.
