Able to check in early which was a plus! The room smelled, like musty/moldy. The room is updated and decorated nice. Location is second to none! Would stay here again in a different room.

It was a little loud, because we stayed at the Sunshine State room, which shared a wall with the bar.

Broken locks - cleaning staff waiting outside door before 10 am- very small & only soap for one individual for one night!

Should be better disclosed that there is no parking at the property...overnight parking is $50 or more. Had difficulty opening the door with the code; took about 10 tries to get it to open. Right in the middle of Duval Street, so if you want the party scene, stay here

The Citrus Queen room was perfect! The location couldn't be anymore convenient! =) And the GEMs (Guest Experience Mgrs) were absolutely amazing!! They kept me informed before, during, and after my stay! They responded to my questions quickly regardless of the time of day. They provided valuable information that made my trip to Key West amazing!

excellent location, very nice room, small but cozy.
could have done without the construction at 8 am. but I understand as they are still building on.
We will definitely go back.
