Nice, clean friendly place and a good price

We had a very nice stay for one night while we attended a concert at Choctaw very close to the casino. Hotel staff very friendly Room was nice and clean bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good.

It was great up until About 3 o’clock Monday morning when an extremely loud fire/smoke alarm went off waking me up out of my deep and comfortable sleep. Front desk said it was some sort of malfunction that has also happened last week and they apologized for the false alarm, now it’s hard for me to get back to a good sleep not knowing it it will go off again. Then when we got up for breakfast around 7:45 they had run out of all the hot breakfast items except the sausage gravy. So I let the front desk know and because upper management only had 1 person working and bless her heart Mrs. Stephaniey left the front desk to go prepare more food for the guests, she was doing an awesome job of trying to accommodate everyone, she’s only 1 person and the only 1 working the morning shift! Upper management dropped the ball on making sure the hotel was staffed with enough staff to accommodate guests especially doing breakfast, running out of food is unheard of ! NOT a good look for the Best Western brand, I would have recommended this hotel and given it all good stars except for those 2 very important issues. Hopefully upper management will get those issues addressed and resolved and I may return!!!! Right now I just don’t know

I would rate the place with any hotel above 3 star rating. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Very clean and quiet stay. Affordable pricing for the area, being close to the local casino.

No elevator- should be disclosed in the description. The phone message would not stop blinking and could not set alarm clock so had to unplug them. Housekeeping should be informing maintenance/management so they can fix prior to guest arrival.

The place was clean and renovated like they said. The major problem it the horrible smell of cigarettes on the hallway and skinky smell in the reception. Did not stay for breakfast since the smell was pungent. Great stay for adults for the casino.

When I checked in the gentleman who checked me in announced my room number, luckily no one else was in the lobby and I was traveling with my husband (at the time he was parking the vehicle). The hotel does not have elevators- I have a herniated disc and chronic nerve damage down my left leg so it is a bit difficult to climb stairs but I managed (that was my fault cause i didnt book an accessible room). The hallways reeked of cigarette possibly even a marijuana stench- luckily the non smoking room didnt have a bad/smoky smell. The coffee machine and cups were set up in the bathroom which is disgusting. I dont understand why if there was plenty of room on desk in room for it but I guess hotel staff wants you to have fecal matter with your cup of Joe. Notning to do with Hotel rating bit if youre a light sleeper like I am bring ear plugs because I could hear a train throughout the night. Room was clean and I didnt see any bugs. I was provided with extra towels right away when I asked front desk for some. Its not all bad but could have been better.

Check in was long and horrible. Expedia couldn't confirm my virtual card on record; therefore, they had to be called. It took a long time for the clerk just to find a number. They're almost impossible to get in touch with. They then said to take just my regular card. It took way too long!

The woman working the desk on the night of August 11th was super helpful. She was a very nice person.
