Our stay was wonderful. We had to take a trip last minute and we were able to find these great accommodations. Rooms were very clean, pool was clean, and staff was wonderful. It was steps to the boardwalk and beach for easy access. We will absolutely go back!

Our room was a little dirty. The toilet rocked. No dish soap. Coffee pods or paper towels the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. We needed to wash everything before we used them. The freezer had melted ice creams that was frozen over.

Overpriced. No cleansing items not even a bar of soap. Not handicap accessible at all.

Growing up toward the end of family vacations we stayed here and it was always a great place. We stayed this past Sunday and regardless of new owners and new paint it's still the Ivanhoe. The pool was clean and clear, the room was clean and stocked well. We got there early and we're able to park and go to the beach while the room was being cleaned. Ur steps from the boards and beach and right up the street is the best ice cream and mini golf at hassles. This will not disappoint .

I wasn’t sure how to rate this hotel. It’s by far not the worst. However, there are no useable outlets. So charging phones especially if you have multiple people in your group is near impossible. Friday night I couldn’t get the room to cool off and it was very loud however, the same can’t be said for Saturday. It wasn’t loud and it got quite chilly. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. There is a coffee maker but, no coffee or condiments so, if you’re like me and want coffee- be sure to bring a filter, coffee, cream and sugar. Lastly, upon checking out we went to wash our dishes as requested and noted there was no soap. Which made us all nauseated. Did we just eat off dishes that weren’t washed properly?? Make sure you wash the dishes with soap before using them. Very spacious and the office staff were pleasant. The pool was nice as well.

The room and the motel over all was clean. The outside around the area and poolside was clean. I like that you can cookout on the grill as well. The problem I had 👎👎👎👎was that they charge me extra money for three kids on top of the rate that I pay on hotel.com, $10 plus tax per body. This was not on the website when I booked the room. 😣😣😣😣Also one of the employees had very bad customer service from the time I checked in during the time I was there and even when I checked out. She gave me attitude every time I saw her. Also, the website said no pets but there was a family there with there dog.The location was good less the five minutes from the beach.

HAD A NICE STAY UP UNTIL THE PEOPLE ABOVE US CHECKED IN - THEN THEY STOMPED AND PLAYED THEIR MUSIC (MEXICAN OR SPANISH) VERY LOUD - LIKE IT WAS IN MY FRONT DOOR. ASSUME SOMEONE COMPLAINED BECAUSE IT DID STOP AFTER ABOUT 30 MINUTES. OTHER THAN THAT - IT WAS A NICE STAY - CLOSE TO THE BEACH....

Swimming pool full of black algae, wall air conditioner extremely loud, constantly cycling off and on, mattresses wrapped in a rubberised mattress cover which was hot. Property and room very outdated and ugly

No maid service. They act shocked when you complain about it. I heard someone say they didn’t get maid service as they were checking out. She acted shocked and like it was an anomaly. Day one no service until the end. No discount offered. Every day someone would knock on the door and give us fresh towels.
