halls smelled like marijuana. The room reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom floor was covered in mold. The bed is uncomfortable. You get toilet paper and a tiny bar of soap and a towel. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I came to Madrid to see Taylor Swift. This neat little hotel was 15 mins away from the airport 30 mins from the city center. Easy access. I paid for everything through Expedia. Breakfast too. The receptionists do speak English and there is free wifi. There was a nice little pedestrian area next to it full of shops and restaurants/cafes and landmarks to sight see. I do recommend bringing your own wash cloths. They don’t have those. I ended up buying like an exfoliating thing from the perfume spot in the pedestrian spot. I would stay here again. Housekeeping was very great! 13/13 service!! I would stay here again. 🙂

The hotel didn't mind us turning up in the early hours of the morning (after a nightmare experience at the airport). Breakfast was fine on the morning.

It was hotel to serve purpose of being near airport but would not want to stay longer than a night. It was very welcoming and clean

The hotel was ok, I stayed for two nights. the pretty lights showing on the picture outside the building was never on, the room looked clean but I found two different hair type in the bathroom, there was mold on the edge of the bathtub, the room they gave me was not the same one I chose when I paid online, but because I was too tired and similar I didn’t say anything, the hallway doesn’t have a rug so you could hear people walking and rolling suitcases in the middle of the night, The area was nice very close to the train and buses, has a supermarket nearby and plenty of places to eat around but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again

The room was very small, and with our four bags of luggage and the room's scant closet and storage space, we were cramped and on top of each other. Cleanliness of the room was fine. Breakfast was on the weak side. This would be the perfect hotel for those who travel light.

Stay here only if you don't need WiFi. Perfect service but the staff never shared the correct password. Constantly saying the WiFi wasn't working when clearly they just don't give people the correct password for some reason. Very annoying.
