I recently stayed at this hotel with my family. Overall, I had a good experience. The check in process was superfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I was disappointed with the in room dining service. I found coir rope in my tabouleh which I believe is used to tie the parsley leaves. It was clear that the food was not prepared according to the hygiene standards. This made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the hygiene standards of the hotel. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were quick to apologize and offered to replace the food. However, I had lost my appetite by then and decided not to eat anything else from the in room dining menu. In conclusion, while my overall stay was good, the in room dining service was a disappointment. I hope the hotel takes note of these issues and makes improvements in their food quality and cleanliness standards. I would still recommend this hotel for its other positive aspects, but I would advise future guests to avoid the in room dining service.

The best hotel experience of my entire 4-week trip! Staff was consistently kind, punctual and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Manama and will recommend the Downtown Rotana to other travelers. Very pleased!

Excellent location. Excellent room service. Iconic building. Fitness centre fantastic. Muhammed in fitness centre was very nice and well spoken in English. Manager Daryl was very helpful. Help us with early check in in minutes. Requested higher floor. Changed in minutes. Definitely will be back.

nice hotel but do not go for a room on 24th floor - especially 2416 where you can hear the bass from the 25th floor restaurant/disco as well as a cooking smell. otherwize club lounge is good - nothing special but good. Hotel is good value for money otherwize.

The worst hotel ever that you could think to deal with. They have canceled my reservation without prior notice and they which rune my trip to Bahrain. I will never deal with this hotel again. The reservation excutive was so rude when i talked to her.

Einfach gut, von hier ist alles erreichbar und wie der Name sagt, down town. Zimmer und Einrichtung , Bad und Einrichtung alles 100% sehr gut. Everything Just fine, from here everything is reachable and as the name says, down town. Room facility bathroom facility all 100% very good.
