We came into town to visit family and had a great experience. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Price was very reasonable. They served a great breakfast as well. We went down for breakfast and didn't notice the time, it was 10:00 and breakfast ended at 10:00. They were still happy to serve us with a smile. Great place to stay I will be staying here again.

The hotel appeared well-maintained. The staff was friendly, bed comfortable and room was very clean. The scrambled eggs and seasoned potatoes were delicious! I would definitely stay here again.

We had reserved two rooms weeks in advance with one of them being an accessible room. Upon arrival we were told they only had one accessible room and it was already occupied, very upsetting and then to be put on an upper floor very far from the entrance was just an inconvenience all together especially when you are traveling with an elderly parent.

Great stay!! Staff are amazing!! Internet was down so couldn't check-in. The young lady took my name and number to check-in over the phone. When we returned that evening, the gentleman at the desk had my keys ready. He offered his assistance multiple times, and informed us of breakfast times. Superb stay!!!!

Check in service was awesome. The man that helped us was super nice and made sure we knew breakfast times, WiFi, and that if we needed anything to let them know. Room was clean (a little cramped due to all the in room amenities). Wasn’t really an issue since only stayed one night.

Prince should be the face of the company. He remembers the guests and always paying attention to who walks in the door. I was happy to come back again, I even had a coworker also stay there and she agrees- its a great place to stay

The worker's at the front desk, house keeper's and kitchen are always so sweet... I will only go to this one here in Ardmore and me and my family come here once a month just to relax and get away... So we didn't just catch them on a good day....They are always so sweet to customers..... And will help with anything if possible!! Very good people who work here!! Thank y'all for being so kind... From the Escobedo and Griffin Family!!

The room we got was not clean and had some mechanical issues. The manager, Darien, was very understanding and moved us to another room with an upgrade at no extra cost. The move made our stay much more enjoyable so that I would return if I need to.

It's really nice for the price. Netflix and Prime on the tv made the trip so much better. AC was as cold as I wanted it!! So decent I decided to come back to this property rather than trying something new. Breakfast had delicious fried potatoes, eggs, sausage patties, waffles, cereal, biscuits, gravy and more, 6-9am.

My daughter and I stayed for the night at this hotel, and the room and hallways smelled so bad. It freaked out of mildew and cigarettes. Also, the toilet was not working properly, so I asked the hotel representative if something could be done. I was met with many questions and told we couldn't move rooms until the representative visually saw it, which was odd. My daughter and I were only there for a few minutes. Long story short, I didn't get to move rooms, the bathroom was not working properly, and it smelled horrible; my daughter and I couldn't stay anywhere else as it was already late, and I have a young daughter. I complained about it, but I'm sure I will not be reimbursed as it seemed to fall on deaf ears.
