On my way to London from Toronto. Late flight so I decided to stay here. Loved it!!

Breakfast was not good, bad selection, bad presentation. Cold food, they are not keeping eggs in the warmer. Bad quality food. Dining and breakfast area was dirty. Room was not completely clean.

The room are very clean and they beds are very comfortable. The breakfast and parking lot is free which is amazing!

I got there after 4 pm and check in starts at 3pm and I still arrive and waited for 30 mins for the room to be ready and still room wasn’t cleaned properly. Tv remote doesn’t work,have to went up and down 4 times before I was given a remote that works. 2 days of my stay I declined room service but after returning back to room staff still entered the room while I went away and declined the service.

A clean and comfortable hotel! There's not much else in the area, but it's right off the 401, so convenient for getting to places nearby. The breakfast was fine (waffle makers were broken). Excellent staff!

I stayed with my family for 7 nights and I am hilton member. We arrived on Saturday and we didn’t use the shower until next day Sunday when we realized that shampoo and conditioner containers were empty. Our kids were in the shower already and we called to front desk asking for shampoo and the guy called “lucky” was unrespectful with me at the begginning trying to hang me up but then he did with my wife when she tried to explain him that we didn’t even use the shower and containers were empty and we needed urgently because kids were in the shower, he even told my wife that he were going to send someone and we had to ask the person for what we need when we were telling him that we need shampoo. I called him again asking to apologize to my wife for hanging up the phone on her but he was so rude that didn’t even recognize it. Then a person approach to our room with conditioner, we had to wait more than 30min for shampoo while our kids were wet waiting in the shower. We went downstair to talk to him that we deserve respect from him and that we were going to stay there 6 more nights. All this situation made our stay very uncomfortable for my family. I recommed Hilton manager in Milton to screen better for front desk employees, we deserve better service.

I was unable to make my stay at this hotel, this past weekend. I have had two double lung transplant and I had contracted Covid. I have been in hospital for the past few days and they wouldn’t grant me a refund.

I liked the outdoor patio and swimming pool. The room was clean and spacious with a kitchen. The front desk manager was extremely rude on a couple of occasions.
