the cleaning lady knocked hours before the check out time while I was still asleep and I had to wake up to stop her from entering my room without permission. the do not disturb sign was on the door. and she still tried that. staff needs proper training before they catch a lawsuit

I was very pleased with our stay @ LA Quinta. The staff was very friendly and helpful from check in through check out. The room was relatively large. The bathroom had great counter space. The room was clean. The shower worked well. Breakfast was good. Parking was ample. Very close to a number of restaurants. Only about 15 -20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. The only issue I encountered during our stay was both times housekeeping forgot to put supplies in the room. They did do a nice job cleaning. If not for these few very minor issues I would have given 5 stars. It really deserves 4 1/2, but that is not an option. Highly recommened.

Room was ok average. Bed was hard not great. Room service was not consistent and we had to ask to get our trash taken out a few days.
2 big problems:
1. I had to get new room keys at least 2 times a day. These are the worst room keys ever and would not work so we had to go down to front desk multiple times a day to get new cards made. I heard and saw other guests doing the same so I know it is a known issue.
2. The breakfast was not great. Coffee was watered down and not great. I wasn’t expecting much, but the eggs were rubbery and I was going to try a yogurt, but when I opened it, the yogurt had mold inside it. Threw it away and never went back to breakfast.

This was a perfectly-good stay and we look forward to being there again next year for the same convention that we attended this year !
