Stayed here during our trip to Bormio when biking stelvio pass. The hotel was really beautiful and clean. However, our room was 24 degrees, and we were incredibly hot and unable to adjust the thermostat. I asked the front desk to adjust it, but it did not make a difference. Overall, the hotel was in a convenient location with parking onsite, and the room was quiet and clean.

Very poor value, poor service. Allocated a room below street level, apparently according to staff on an as available basis, despite pre pay a month in advance. Bathroom had inoperative ventilation, TV was from an obsolete era. AVOID.

This a great hotel in the heart of Bormio. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was really helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend the Rezia!

The hotel is perfectly located in the deep center of town at walking distance from all amenities as well as at 10' walk from the gondolas.
The restaurant serves very good local dishes as well as enough international's to satisfy all tastes, it also has an excellent wine selection, highly recommended.
The best of all though is the staff and more specifically the Owners which are always there and available to professionally deal with all needs of their guests and prone to find the best solution to any circumstance.
The Owner was actually born in the hotel, in room 108, which is pretty incredible and surely the reason why they are fully dedicated to their business and more so to the full satisfaction of their guests.
If you decide to spend time at the Rezia make sure you take the chance to meet the Owners!

Excellent under most aspects. Handy and helpful personel. Check in fast and even if I arrived very early without notice I was allowed to leave luggage and car. Both the room and the common areas were very clean. The whole apperence is warm and with a family taste. Breakfast with a wide variety of good food.

Really enjoyed Rezia and one of the more price worthy hotels I have stayed at. Just the perfect place for a wonderful Bormio-experience. You really get a 5 star experience fir a 3-star price. Highly recommended.
