I liked the property. The staff were very nice, attentive, and patient. The apartment building is conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, boutiques, and it was easy to walk to the beach. My only concerns were that the transporation service they work with is pricey, and there were issues with communication between their bank and my U.S. bank which prevented me from using my debit card to pay my hotel balance. I rectified the banking issue by using the ATM at another North American bank, and settling the bill with cash. My two recommendations are that they set up a website with a page wherein payments can be made online via a number of payment options: card, Paypal, Zelle, etc. I also encourage them to renegotiate the transportation fee. I travel extensively and it's unexpectedly high.

I stayed for one week in a single room, it was very spacious and clean. However, when it rains it is very loud and kept me up at night. The water in the shower also was not hot. Still a great place to stay, just maybe avoid the ground floor.

I had an amazing time. My studio was so nice and clean. The property workers were so respectful and polite. Everyone was so welcoming when I arrived. The best thing and favorite thing I enjoyed was the rooftop it was so relaxing and calm.

Our stay at the 592 suites was a pleasant experience with all of the amenities we are accustomed to at home. Rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. The 592 Hospitality staff (special mention to Sanchia, Michelle, and Jason) were professional, friendly, and accommodating at all times. Truly a somewhat hidden gem for travelers seeking quality, convenience, and cost-effectiveness! I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

My mom and I stayed at this property for over a week while visiting Georgetown with family. The property is new, clean, and very secure. All the staff are so lovely and helpful. Always checking in to see how our day and trip was.
We arrived very late (after 2 am) and Jason (security) was there to check us in so quickly and efficiently. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, Michelle (front desk) quickly helped me. She even checked on my mom when I wasn't there!!
The only downside was that the room we stayed in (one bedroom on main level), only had one small window. I love natural light so this was a little disappointing but then again, we were so busy exploring Georgetown that it didn't really effect us.

Property is conveniently located to many local attractions. The rooms were nice and clean. I canceled my Marriott booking and gave this a try, and I was not disappointed. Saved me hundreds of dollars and I enjoyed my stay!!! It was a win, win!!! Customer service was also great and accommodating, even with my late check-in time. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling with family or friends.
