The staff were incredible. They went above and beyond for my husband and I at a difficult time for our family. We are so grateful for everyone’s aloha and kokua. Thank you all!!

For me and my wife loved the room very quiet and relaxing. But the only thing there was no room service, but i do understand it probably got over looked. But i understand. But all in all it was relaxing for awhile.

The full kitchen was a must have for this trip. I needed a freezer to freeze some food items to bring back home. It was like staying at a spacious studio apartment. Very comfortable.

Very poor customer service very unprofessional from the front desk to the morning breakfast area specifically women seems they hate their job. Please beware as they charged unnecessary fees like parking even when you dont have a car and if you dispute the charged they will give you attitude. Not recommended to stay!

We had a great experience and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was really clean the facility was well maintained and the breakfast was delicious.

Everything was good, the time i had any issues would be with house keeping, as we were checking out, i understand we were a few minutes let but this 1 particular hous keeper was harassing us to get out because she needed to clean the room. Which i totally understand but to be rude and constantly bang on the door while we were trying to make sure we didnt leave anything behind. So but as far as all the other house keepers they were very polite, very respectful. That also goes for the front desk. Everyone was cool except that 1 individual. We probably caught her on the wrong day but, oh well. Not sure if we'll be staying there again. It was our favorite place but now its kind of in the air.

Our stay at this hotel was terrible. There was no hospitality. The staff were rude and inhospitable. The furniture was broken and they refused to replace it or compensate us. They were not willing to compensate us and only offered things that would be inconvenient and make our stay even worse.
They were not even going to replace the broken piece of furniture after we checked out. Hoping the next occupants would not notice it broken.

The breakfast was good and filling. Staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were cleans and cute! I would definitely stay here again. My family tried a little something from them all…delicious is an understatement!!

Staff were super helpful. Food trucks every night gave a diversity of local foods at a fair price. Pool opened at 9am and we were in it every day.
We had a room with a suite and so awesome to have full kitchen and living space separate from bedroom so our daughter could rest as we stayed up.

Lovely! The staff were so accommodating and friendly, the continental breakfast was delicious and great variety, the facilities (fitness center, laundry) were superb. Your hotel was beautiful and we loved staying there!
