Friendly staff, excellent location and breakfast, great bed, shower, silence, room temperature and cleaness. Garage was safe and flexible for self parking but with limited space for larger vehicles.

Top notch stafff. Kudos to the staff who were especially kind and responsive...Dionne took extra steps to ensure we were well-cared for in dining.

Recommendation: Complimentary water and coffee in the lobby and water in the fitness area-- please change your service so that you aren't using plastic cups. Please use washable cups. Less trash, less plastic for our environment. So important for us all.

At checkin they provided us with a Standard room on a low floor that was not in agreement w/our reservation. Our reservation called for a Lux Superior room. We revisited the reception desk and they got around to pointing out their error and fixing it... Valet/Car Park service was good. Location excellent.
