Pretty decent. I come often and usually have no complaints. But the toilet in my room was very loose. And the pillows probably need to be replaced. I went to Walmart and bought one.

We had one of the upper floor rooms for the duration of our stay. When I opened the door, the room was oven hot (arrived 6pm Aug 17), so I rushed to open the windows. Quite surprisingly, there was access to the balcony. The wide back windows was overlooking a dog run, which is convenient for pet owners. I went to the bathroom to open up the window there, and noticed how clean and spacious it was. Before running the A/C full blast, I checked the filter - clean as a whistle! Anyhow, A/C unit was noisy, but worked well. The beds and linen was fresh and smelled clean. It was comfortable, too. Rivals, if not better than, most 4 star hotel chains. I am a light sleeper and I slept well as it was quiet. The light outside came through the thick curtains, so wasn't totally dark. All in all, it is one of the best value hotel deals I've had, other than the free ones. Only complaint was the vending machine: $4.24 for canned soda

Clean. Tidy. Quiet.

The room lock did not turn. I had to put a chair under the handle. The other guests were noisy (after 12am). It's okay if you're desperate.

The bathroom did not have any protective screen on so we could not open the windows without getting giant bugs in. Very hot in the room, the AC was loud, but not at all able to cool the place and its location was very badly placed. We did not have enough towels and we had no way of contacting the reception to get some more.

the interior had been remodeled fairly recently with modern, quality fixtures and furniture, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were new and very clean. For the cost, it was really nice inside. there is even a small dog run out back. They charged us an extra $20 for the dog which is pretty usual. We had to reset the channels on the Cable TV, someone must have accidently erased them.
