Upon checking in, I was told two bookings were placed in my name. I am only one person. I do not need two rooms. The staff then informed me there was nothing they could do about the impending double charge, and I had to contact Experian. Upon doing so, the Experian AI chatbot told me it was the hotels fault and contact them. My god, folks. Yall will never get a dime out of me or mine ever again goodbye

This place was ok but the pillows were very flat and the breakfast was definitely not as good as most Hamptons. We were there around 8 and the yogurt was all gone already and most of the fruit too except for apples. The tables were dirty and the long seating area padded benches were so stained I did not want to sit on them.

Probably the most reliable motel in Geneseo, but generally overpriced. Conversely, every once and a while, you can book a room for a steal. Compare against other local options before booking. Hampton and Quality Inn (next door) are each owned by the same corporation and seem to coordinate their pricing. Despite ratings, the experience at each is comparable.

The furniture was shabby and looks old, not all the outlets in the room worked. There was a power surge in the morning. The breakfast was disappointing. The milk was warm. The batter for the waffles ran out and was not replaced. Heard staff complaining about needing to put out more items, the orange juice ran out and wasn’t replaced. stay at hotel next-door that was cheaper and had better service and the quality was higher.

Mattress was old, thin, and very uncomfortable. Had back ache both mornings because of mattress. Reported to front desk, and they said all mattresses were the same. Sink was clogged in bsthroom. Fire alarm went off on Friday morning and woke us up and did not shut off for about 30 minutes. Very loud, hurt my ears, very upsetting. Overall, not thrilled at all with poor experience. We stayed in a king room with jetted tub for a mini getaway and had a good stay. The room was clean and the tub was large enough for three people if you wished. The continental breakfast was also good and available from 6-10am.

The room was very spacious and fairly clean. The bathroom however was not pleasant with small black flying bugs called drain flies. It was coming from the drain in the middle of the bathroom which was concerning and gross.

Reception was almost aggressively unfriendly. Pool room was cold. Breakfast was lower caliber than we remembered from a previous visit. Stayed two nights, no housekeeping (they didn’t make beds, bring in fresh towels and paper products, or clear away used towels). Everything was clean, though a bit run down.
