I only stayed here one night... my bad! How did I not find this place when I was initially looking!? Modern. Clean. Spacious. Quiet. Clean... yes, I know.... but my room was, the common areas were... you name it! The only dings I could give is 1. No AC.... I'm a constantly hot guy! Thermally! :) and 2. There was some dust on the blades of the fan. That's it! Vince was quick to get back to me when I had questions. Hands down one of the best places I've stayed in while travelling. Didn't explore much since I was there to see my son, BUT the coffee cart down the road across from the HS is excellent. If my son wasn't moving, this is where I'd be staying next time I came out.

The room was clean and the host was very prompt in answering questions and was very helpful. The parking is not an issue particular to only this property. Parking is an issue everywhere in Seattle. Although the property was clean and comfortable, It was not what I was expecting. I anticipated a hotel room and we did get a room, but the access code allowed us into both the building and our room. Upon entering the property, it felt like I stepped into someone's living room and our room was upstairs. Almost like a hostel except with a private bathroom. It wasn't bad, just awkward. However, for the price, it was a very clean, comfortable and safe stay.

The hotel and guest services were the worst interactions I have ever experienced. The customer service was unprofessional and poor. I booked my reservation through Expedia and had a bad experience. Pick a different hotel or accommodation if you need a place to stay in Seattle. The hotel is not willing to work with customers if concerns or issues arise (I had to speak with 3 staff, Vance/Vince, Olivia, and another person) to address issues from the reservation and no one was willing to assist). Pick a different accommodation if possible.

Really great stay, room was clean and area is quiet. Public transportation is nearby, as well as walkable options. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The only warning I would have is for those who may have issues with stairs as there is no elevator available. For reference, the property is essentially a large house with common areas like the kitchen. Every room has a lock and I felt safe during my stay. I definitely recommend staying here and will look it up if I'm ever in Seattle again.

The rom is horrible not clean dust and trash was in my room. The guy never gave me a different room. The room had flying dust and particles all in the air. I true to make myself a mask with my Tshirt but that didn’t work so I left the room at 3 in the morning due to not being able to breathe and sleep. Do not rent a room and stay here. It’s totally ghetto and unsafe and unclean. The floors had Trush and a bug under the bed. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. If I could have 0 stars I would have

Great experience. Found parking on the street out front. Quiet and clean accommodation. Great neighborhood across the street from the high school tennis courts. Next time I will bring my racket!

Good option for short stay. Compact and well designed rooms. On D bus line for easy commute. Vince is prompt with communication.

Great place. Definitely will go back, parking can be a challenge since it's near a school, but if forces you to walk around the beautiful neighborhood. So fun

The room was surprisingly comfortable. Nice bed, nice sheets. A little odd upon the entrance of the building as you enter into a shared kitchen space. There is however a small fridge, two burner stove and microwave in the room. Parking was the only issue, it is right next to Ballard High School so parking was non-existent during school hours and the couple hours after. I had to park three blocks away in a no parking zone to check in. Yes all the no parking zones closer to it were already taken. But it lightened up considerably and I was able to come and go while getting a decent spot to park when returning once school was out.

The only con would be that the keypads on almost all of the suite doors are black with zero backlight until you press a key. You don't know what key you are pressing until you press the first key. Takes a little getting used to.

The Ballard Sweet Suites was quiet, very clean and had everything we needed! The instructions were clearly communicated and we really enjoyed our stay.The location was excellent!!

Everrything was so clean, it was quiet. We walked easily to downtown historic Ballard. It was so easy to get Uber when we wanted to go further out from Ballard. Wonderful place! Highly recommend!!
