The hotel itself was quite nice and boasted an excellent location, right next to the highlights of the old town. The room was also very spacious and well-equipped. However, the best part of the hotel - the sauna - was not properly communicated to me during check-in, which I only discovered on my last night, much to my disappointment.
I feel that the hotel should provide better information to visitors about the amenities and facilities they offer. Had I known about the sauna earlier, I could have taken advantage of it during my stay. The lack of communication led to a feeling of disappointment upon discovering this feature on my final night.
Overall, the hotel's strengths lie in its convenient location and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. However, the hotel management should focus on improving their communication with guests to ensure they are aware of all the benefits the hotel has to offer.

Excellent hotel! Staff was exceptional, including Arabella and Lucie and the guys on the evening shift. Room was absolutely quiet (facing the courtyard, the only thing I heard were church bells). The bathroom is cool, with the sink looking out into the room, with a separate room for toilet and completely closable shower, not like the half-doors which allow water to shoot on the floor. Location is perfect, across the street from Green Vault and Castle. Zwinger, churches, etc., also very close and walkable.

This is a very nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms and a good location near the old town. Breakfast was also delicious. I was grateful that I could drink freely from the refrigerator in the room. If I ever come to Dresden again, I would like to stay at this hotel.

Second stay at this wonderful small hotel. Nice spa, excellent service. Only drawback is the very small gym, which was taken over when we tried to use it by a personal trainer and his client. There wasn’t space for us, and so we left. Otherwise a great stay.

We stayed at the hotel 12th - 17th May. We stayed in Dresden as we were going to see Rammstein in concert. We received a warm welcome from Tom who was very helpful throughout our stay. The bar staff were also helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location. Dresden is a fantastic city. I would highly recommend the hotel.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The location is great. It’s so close to all the attractions. If you are driving get their early so you can get a parking spot otherwise you are going to have to drive around trying to find one.
