Very nice 5 night stay. Suite was well equipped (microwave on top of fridge was difficult to use as it is too high). Nice that you can walk to Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way, and into town if you want. Would stay there again.

Location is noce , walking distance from the main area and beach. The hotel is clean, parking is convenient but I have to admit would need a bit of an upgrade. We had a two bedroom room with an upstairs living area. The condition of the furniture is a bit dated and not super comfortable. We stayed one night even though I reserved for two. The front desk refused to entertain refunding the extra night which is by their policy but still, I always find it weird business to charge for a service not used especially not in high season . Reason was that they had no guarantee they would rent this room for the 2nd night. They would not have rented it if I didn't book it either. I wouldnt stay there for an extended period of time but for a one night thing it is fine. The mattresses are old springs so not the greatest confort night. But overall ok and we'll maintained

This was our second stay and we've had a good experience both times. The motel is very clean and in a great location. Walkable to downtown and Perkins Cove. It's quiet, and the staff is very helpful. We enjoy the kitchenette and it's a great value. Highly recommend.

Great location meant easy to walk and not use a vehicle. Comfortable and well equipped. Outdoor pool was good and very welcome on the warm days we had. Reception staff were top notch!

Did not get the room I felt was promised but appears to be honest mistake. Anyone booking rooms should understand locations what have more road noise than others and if you want to climb 3 flights of stairs. As a beach hotel with a pool, appears to cater to families with children. Can be noisy with multiple little ones running down hallway yelling. Great location - halfway between Perkins Cove and Ogunquit. Front desk staff, Manager, and clearers try very hard to meet your needs. Exceptionally clean facility, inside and out.

I did not like the way the suite was set up. I did not like the fact that the second bedroom was in the basement and the full size bathroom was on the main floor. Not very well advertised.

Lilly was awesome! She is so friendly, she shared helpful insights to help us have fun around town and she has such an infectious laugh. The towel origami is a sweet touch and the makeup towel’s with the makeup removers are a thoughtful touch. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of. The pools and grilling/corn hole area is a delightful idea. We highly recommend this place and the location is a fantastically easy walk to yummy restaurants and shopping. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

We loved the separate sleeping area from living room/ kitchen. The area and location was great. You could walk everywhere!

The staff is fantastic. We had a little issue with the first room that we had and requested to move to a different unit. Not only did they accommodate us, but they also offered to help carry our bags to the new unit. We will definitely be back.

The location was perfect for walking to the shopping/restaurant area. The rental was very close to the entry to Marginal Way that leads to Perkin’s Cove (entire walk was approximately 1 mile). We ate THE BEST Lobster Roll at Footbridge Lobster while at Perkin’s Cove. We walked the sidewalks (residential mostly) back to room and it was a very pleasant walk and only about 1/2 mile. Weather was perfect when we were there (60’s-70’s). We were also close enough to walk to the huge Ogunquit beach and boardwalk area too! The staff at the front desk were always very friendly and helpful if we ever had questions. Keep in mind that there are no elevators to rooms and you will be required to carry luggage up a couple flight of stairs. We would definitely stay here again!
