Booked the hotel late at night due to unforeseen circumstances as we could not make it to our actual destination. After reserving, when I called to get someone on the phone to get some directions and also to give a heads up that we are coming, no one picked up. Traveling with my two young kids and such uncertainty did not help. If the property does not staff anyone for reception or do not allow late check-in they should not allow even allow reserving the hotel. I would like my money back.

Unique family ran business. We liked that we were able to book on the same day. Very affordable. We stayed only one night. Third floor no elevator.

The place is a beautiful little pesion with alot of character. Close to the train track so it is s bit loud but very close to the beach👍

We really like this place. We were on a nine-day motorcycle tour of Italy and they allowed us to park the bike right out front. The hotel is a classic old-school walk-up pension, but modernized. It's right by the railroad station to ride into Cinque Terre, which is why we picked it. Trains run frequently not too far from the window, so people bothered by that should be aware. Not me. I love train noise.
Breakfast was terrific and so was dinner. They serve a simple menu with terrific salads. Room was clean, quiet (except for trains) and had good wireless. Comfortable bed and a modernized, sparkling clean bathroom.

This place really exceeded our expectations. The fresh croissants delivered to the door and all the breakfast supplies in our fridge with the cappoccono machine in our room, which was in the enter of the walled city made our stay great. The hotel is also a short walk from the train station

The best cappucino in the whole holiday! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. During our stay there was a 24hr rail strike; so while it was very inconvenient for getting about the area the noise levels of the express trains was reduced. The trains are such a part of life in the area that you do get used to the traffic noise!
