Property cancelled our stay without even notifying me. Showed up to check in and said no room was available because they cancelled the room for no apparent reason.

Just wanted to report that our room 205 had a damp carpet around the cooling/heating unit. She really didn’t seem to care. Not the best for your reputation which otherwise would have been great. Sorry
