Excellent location, good value for money

Could not stay at this hotel. No staff on arrival which was 7 pm. It was unsafe from our point of view. We left and stay else where. I expect a refund.

We had to park the next street over from the hotel, we couldn’t get the wifi to work and the staff fixed it immediately, the street was quiet once the fair finished in the main square. The room wasn’t large but very functionalable, for our 1 night stay. There are plenty of place to get food and drinks within a 5 minute walk. It was only a five minute walk to the Menin Gate, which unfortunately for us is being repaired and we only got to see the inside. Ypres itself is a beautiful town. Fabulous location !! Our room was very spacious and the breakfast was good. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice room, thoughtfully furnished with attention to simple details like provision of hooks. Friendly, cheerful staff. Good and ample breakfast buffet with hot and cold options.

Hotel is in an excellent location, directly opposite the Cloth Hall and In Flanders Field Museum, and a short walk to Menin Gate. Unlimited dining options metres from entrance to hotel. Staff (Anne) extremely helpful in sorting out some travelling issues due to language barrier. Great value for money.

Wonderful welcome from an efficient and helpful Receptionist. Room beautifully clean and well equiped. Breakfast outstanding! The hotel is remarkably close to the centre of town and no more than 10 minutes slow walk tk the Menin Gate. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this excellent hotel. We will definitely return.

Really friendly staff, good choice at breakfast, nice n clean. Hotel is looking a little tired in places. There was a problem with the heating but it didn’t affect our stay. Will stay again.

Literally 30 yards off the main square in Ieper - perfect position. Lady on reception spoke excellent English and was really helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Would definitely use again.

Hotel is well located close to main attractions. Public areas were clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. No parking spaces but main square, just across road, offers free parking 1800-0900.

Fairly basic room and facilities. Linen was clean, breakfast very good. Our bathroom had a lot of hard water marks on the floor and peeling paint etc, but was clean. Mini fridge in room was a helpful touch. Staff friendly. The area was very nice and the Saturday morning market was worth visiting.
