One of the most pleasant hotel experiences ever. It is equipped to the last detail with comfortable and beautiful details. The cleanliness is impeccable. But that is only a small part of what makes this hotel special. What won me over the most was the approach of the entire staff, which is so warm and friendly that from the first minute in the hotel we felt like we were visiting our best friends.

It’s a lovely place to stay with beautiful accommodations. The room was very comfortable with adequate space for the two of us. The only challenge was hauling our luggage up to the 3rd floor as there’s no elevator. Outside of our room in the central area is access to a balcony with a seating area that faces the Adriatic. Beautiful view of the harbor.
The breakfast included a wide assortment of delicious food and service from the staff throughout the time of our staff was excellent.
The hotel is also conveniently located within the old town.

This was a lovely hotel with very attentive staff. Loved that there was a paid parking lot for just the hotel and they transported us via a golf cart. The room and beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really good. They even provided us some beach towels. Fantastic location.

The hotel is a little gem found in the old part of Rovinj. Their parking was easy to find, a short distance from the hotel and a subsequent phone call to the hotel summons complimentary transport for you and your luggage. We enjoyed a scenic and informative trip through the cobbled streets of the old town on a golf buggy to the hotel. The room and facilities were brilliant. Breakfast on the terrace was delightful.

Location is perfect, service was great. Everyone was genuinely friendly. Room had a view of the water, AC was strong even though it was unseasonably hot.
Note. No lift/elevator if that is an issue. They will happily carry luggage if you need.
We would stay there again happily.

Very comfortable hotel. Immaculately clean. Friendly helpful staff. Lots of little touches including everything you need plus more. Only thing was the room was very dark as it only had a window to courtyard with a shutter but it still felt quite spacious. Really loved our stay.

This hotel is outstanding on many levels. The room greets you with complimentary espresso and water. That’s awesome. The bathroom was beautiful and very new. The location is perfectly central to many shops and restaurants all in walking distance, and across from the hotel is a narrow passage to the sea. The concierge Eleanora, was extremely helpful and friendly. She made dinner reservations for me at La Puntalina restaurant so I could watch the sunset, she arranged for a hotel shuttle to get me back to the bus station, she provided me with recommendations of where to get good gelato and help me find some trendy bars. Overall, she went above and beyond to make my visit spectacular and I look forward to returning to enjoy this gem of a hotel and vacation destination. Eleanora deserves a promotion and a raise for her outstanding attention to customer service. Thank you!

This hotel exceed our every expectation. It is in a 300 year old building so oozes old world charm but with modern amenities—really great ac, hot shower with lots of water pressure, great hairdryer and super comfy robes. The rooms were spacious by European standards and the garden patio where breakfast is served is absolutely magical. Add to that super friendly and helpful staff and we were really sorry to leave. This is our second trip to Rovinj but our first stay at the Angelo d’oro but definitely will not be our last.

Beautiful terrace for common area and stunning breakfast buffet. Staff all went above & beyond from Complimentary shuttle, restaurant reservations - even helping me resolve a parking ticket I received in Pula! We loved it & will be back.

Nice old refurbished hotel in a nice area. We were able to park our rental car in their lot outside the old city. They picked us up in an electric cart and took us and our luggage to the hotel.
