The room was not very clean, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable, the room was noisy, and breakfast with very low-quality food (canned fruits and cheap fruit juices) and no options for salty breakfast. The price is too high for the services provided.
Nevertheless, the staff is friendly and very handy.

This is a budget-grade hotel, at a budget price. However, it is in an excellent ;location, right on the Via Grande, ideal for shops, and not far from the waterfront. Breakfast was basic, but decent. My room could have done with a deep clean, as I was bitten by unseen insects on three separate occasions. After a couple of days I started checking my bedclothes in the evenings.

We were on the 5th floor in August, and the air conditioner was broken, front desk said they would come look at it, and they never came. We couldn't sleep at all in the heat. The carpet was so dirty my kids feet turned black after 10 mins. The bathroom smelled terrible. I spent a ridiculous amount of money on this hotel (high season) for the service and quality we received.

Rooms were not very clean. Bathrooms need to be redesigned as the shower was extremely small. Beds are too soft coupled with a very hard pillow. Very noisy location and windows didn’t close completely. Location is good and service staff were excellent.
