I like the location in the city and the view. The apartment was modern and up to date. They also responded to our request whetever we reached out to them. The parking was secure and safe. There was restaurant and shopping near by. I would recommend and would return in the future.

My stay was amazing I loved the balcony and the night view and the pool on top of the roof was nice! The apartment itself was beautiful and very quiet

Pros: Unmatched view: Sweeping vistas from every floor-to-ceiling window. Spacious common areas: Ample room for relaxation and entertaining. Cons: Maintenance Nightmare: Both pool and elevators out of service. Fitness Farce: A so-called gym, equipped with broken gear. Health Hazard: Black mold in apt. Laundry Disaster: Washing machine stains clothes; dryer barely functional. Comfortless: Intermittent air conditioning, filthy couch, unclean living conditions including the discovery of a condom, hair, trash, and other people's clothes. Sleepless Nights: Damaged beds; dirty sheets and towels. Purchased our own sheets and towels Hygiene Horror: Dirty kitchen, appliances, and cabinets. Utterly Unkempt: Poorly maintained closets and mishmash of dishes and hangers. Utility Failures: Spotty electricity and Wi-Fi. Access Issue: A single key for a three-bedroom apartment. Rusty Reality: Outdated and rusty kitchenware. Design Flaws: Inadequate seating for occupants. Shower Scare: Moldy showers. Absentee Owner: Low responsiveness to issues. Lobby Disgust: Roach-infested couch. Unbearable Elevators: Really hot elevators. Lukewarm Showers: Inadequate water heating. Noise Nuisance: Persistent street noise despite being on the 28th floor.
