It’s an older hotel. The toilet broke and couldn’t be fixed on the long weekend. The 2 bedside lights didn’t work. The plug by the sink didn’t work. They changed our room. This made us late for our event.
Beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was not a hot breakfast but was good.
Not sure if I would book it again. Probably not!

The staff showed a great deal of professionalism and very easy to talk to. The rooms were very clean and comfortable sleeping. The only thing is you should have options of ergonomic pillows. Thank you.

Room was clean. Fridge and microwave were great to have. Included breakfast was simple yet fine. One thing that needs attention is the lights in the parking lot...they are all burned out.

Out of the 14 hotels we stayed in on our road trip. This was one of the best (and most reasonable). The hotel was clean with comfortable with spacious rooms. Lacombe was a lovely place to visit with good reastaurants and shops. However the main thing that made this hotel stand out was the staff. They were very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We felt very comfortable here.

We had the window closed but it got so hot in the room we had to keep the window open. There is a breakfast included that has some basics (toast, bagels, fruit, oatmeal, pastries, yogurt) which was enjoyed, especially by our little one.
