My room had no soap and toilet paper was not full. One wall light didn't work and fire unit on ceiling hunged loose.

This hotel was the worst hotel I've stayed at. We arrive and at check in the receptionist was rude. Did not tell us any info for wifi etc. The bathroom was full of black mold. The room was musty. The sink broke during our stay. We made them aware we were unhappy but there was nothing they could do for us. If the city wasnt fully booked we would have moved hotels and took the loss. Extremely disappointed.

I have booked the stay with wrong date due to Google issues with the hotel reservation. I have been at the hotel 1 month earlier. Staff couldn't move the date resulting in me paying 3 times more than I paid for online. Not to mention the money was wasted. My card that I paid for at the hotel was then used to pay for a stay that I had said to cancel via e-mail. Sadly they couldn't do that for me either. Hotels.com doesn't pick up calls from my country.

Quite boring hotel, won't really say that it was bad per se but very boring and unwelcoming, far from the city center and in a boring neighborhood. When we checked in the receptionist said that we were going to stay for only one night, but we had booked and paid for two nights so we go quite a scare when she went through her information (back and forth in English-French to add). Not going there again.

The hotel was convenient for attending a football match. Small spartan room and bathroom perfect for a layover if you do not plan to spend a great deal of time in the room

Hotel in a calm area. First I got a room with smell of cigarette, but lady at the reception was very kind and she immediately offered me another room, which was comfortable and without any smell.
Second morning I was told by the staff that somebody already had breakfast with my room number, this was quite strange... but at the end of the day there were no issue with this. Overall, recommended.

The rooms are super clean and comfortable... The breakfast is amazing and only 6 euros... At this price... (55 usd) it is a great bargain... Enjoy while it lasts....

The hotel is clean and upgraded, the staff is nice and helpful, I had a problem with my arrival and they contacted me to make sure I had my room at my arrival time. It is in walking distance to one of the biggest parks in France (la Tête d'Or)
