Traffic noise was high even though mid week. Beds very squeaky. Room was clean.

This was a good place to stay for one night only. The location was excellent for us as we went for a soccer game.
The room itself was decent and fairly clean but the cutlery which was provided was filthy and definitely has not been washed.
The bed and pillows definitely needs to be replaced as they are not comfortable at all. The mattress feels like it has been there for 100 years. There's no foam in it all all.

Small carpark right next to club. Which isn’t a problem in of itself.
But there seemed to be a lot of movement past midnight in the carpark with all the rooms cozied up with just enough space for one car space per room at the rear of the hotel.
As a single traveler it suits me.

Staff were super friendly. The menu & meals were great & you get a discount for staying there. Also had a meat raffle for a bit of fun. Rooms were clean & shower had plenty of pressure & stayed nice n hot. Happy with my long weekend stay!

Very good prices. Worth checking dining bookings ahead of your stay. We missed out although plenty of restaurants / clubs in Bathurst

The room (7) had a smell of wet old carpet. Not very nice. The commercial skip bins nearby stunk badly and the odor wafted (during the night) into the room making it hard to breath normally. Otherwise clean and a nice shower. Would have been useful for some visitor pamphlets as to what to see in the city. Value for money except for the stench.

Our stay at The Kelso was enjoyable. As a stop over on a trip it was basic but well equipped. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Beds should have been replaced many years ago the double bed was on a slope and so noisy so i slept in the single then there was the broken blind that i could not close completely so i had to put up with the outside lighting shining into my room once i went to bed ( No curtains on the windows ) and the AC filters fully blocked by dust/dirt .And being at the back of the hotel put up with screaming kids until after 9pm.
