The hotel was extremely well located as other restaurants,bars,and the beach were within easy walking distance while being far enough away to avoid any noise.There were several weddings the weekend we arrived and the celebrations went on beyond 2am which would have been fine apart from the exuberant guests on our floor (3rd) who extended their celebrations until 3am and were noisy in the process.
Peter at the front door who was overseeing the car valet parking was great and always had a smile and cheery attitude.

It was not worth the money when you factor in resort fees. Some of the amenities were not available. Our room had damage, there was wood rot on the balcony, and it was just subpar. It looks nice though and house keeping was really kind and hardworking.

This is a lovely property in beautiful Delray Beach. The room was nice, although would have been nicer with staff that actually smiled, a tub and some more privacy option on the balcony as they are very close to one another. Especially for $400 per night. I expected the balcony to be larger from the photos on Expedia. I did have to call the front desk to ask the neighbor to turn down some loud music. There is no room service but lots of restaurants in the area. Akira Back is a fantastic Japanese restaurant I highly recommend. The rooftop bar and pool area are nice. Could be time for some cleaning of the umbrellas. The service was good. Cocktails and food were decent - a bit pricey and could use some more options. All in all a nice albeit expensive boutique style hotel in the heart of Delray Beach close to the beach and Atlantic Ave. that has numerous dining options.
