This place was amazing!! The food is is on another level! Don’t pass this place up. You’ll love the hospitality by the employees and the rooms are wonderful!

The place was nice and clean. However, the selection in food was very limited as well as where to eat within the resort. There was not much of any entertainment at night. It’s more of an older adult quiet kind of resort but we had a great time.

Beautiful and breathtaking views. Love the variety of the scenery and customer service was top notch. However did not like being called rude by one of the ladies at the lobby when declining to do the timeshare presentation and activities they offered at a discount ONLY if you attended the presentation. We had all of our activities booked in advanced and didn’t want to take no for an answer. Our cleaning staff was awesome and our bell boy JAREDade the experience over the top AMAZING!!! Thank you JARED!!

This property scammed me out of 400$ even after staying at the resort. They have a no refund policy that bids no mercy even if you accidentally schedule the wrong day. Morally and ethically, this place only wants your money and they want to do it providing the least amount of value they possibly can.

We enjoyed our stay, food was very delicious, a lot of restaurants to choose from, staff were very friendly, hard working and provided us with the best service. Our room had killer views of ocean and beautiful grounds which was well maintained and very clean. Safety was 10/10. Thank you to everyone who makes our stay special “Manny, David, Isabel and so many other people”.

The food was good, but it didn’t have any access to the beach, which was a big disappointment. And all of the people constantly hounding you to buy a package for parasailing or dinner cruises that was really annoying, But the pools were great. The drinks were great, overall four stars.

I have something to inform you. My son complained of stomach pain after breakfast on the 9th and continued to vomit, and the doctor visited our room. The doctor diagnosed that he had food poisoning. We ate dinner at Los Riscos on the 8th evening and breakfast at Mestizo on the 9th morning. We return to Vancouver on the 10th, but my son continued to be sick and my mother also started to have stomach pain. I hope that you will pay more attention to food safety. We wasted 2 days of our vacation because we couldn't do anything and had to be sick with my son.

Beautiful well maintained property, staff so sweet and friendly.
Only complaint and it would keep me from coming back is the barrage of upselling that hits you when you walk in. Plus phone call later in the stay trying to sell me a spa experience.
This was my vacation to relax and unwind, after the initial upsell I wanted to be left alone.

Lovely property. All inclusive was not entirely accurate. Prior to booking said it had a shuttle from the airport, which was not true. I booked a room with a swim up pool that was not what I received.
