We booked a room for three nights with breakfast included. When we arrived they said that breakfast was not included. Having contacted Hotels.com who confirmed that the price we paid included breakfast we were then interegated by three members of staff at different points during breakfast the next day as to whether we were entitled to breakfast. This made us feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable that we left breakfast without eating and didn't return for the other 2 mornings. The room for comfortable and clean but the walls were so thin that whenever anyone nearby closed a door the walls and beds shook. Two sachets of coffee were provided in the room for the entire 3 nights, if any more were required you had to pay 2.5 Euros.

Really thin walls between the rooms. The walls are literally shaking every time a neighbour closes the door. Poor sound isolation. Low quality sleep.

Not in the heart of the Old Town but very close to it and also within less than 10 minutes walk from/to the bus- and railway station. Clean, stylish contemporary rooms, good beds, working air conditioning.

Awesome place to stay! The staff was super hlepful and nice. The atmosphere and decor was very cool and modern. The room itself was also very nice and modern, very neat and clean. The only thing is that there was no microwave. Other than that everything was great.

We were booked to stay at this hotel as part of a tour of the Baltic States. The initial impression was not good - we had to wait 10-15 minutes to check in, the receptionist did not apologise and then told me off for the way I had booked an extra night.
Pros - the bed was very comfortable; it was nice to have a kettle in the room; having a gym and a laundry room for guests
Cons - 15 minute walk to the old town; the area the hotel is in is not the nicest, though seemed very safe; the shower door opened outwards so the bathroom floor got wet; no socket near the kettle to plug it in; more staff were needed to help keep breakfast items supplied; no safe in the room.
