I paid for my reservation in cash upon arrival, but later the hotel charged my credit card for 1 night Unjustly. I found out that later, and I sent many emails to the hotel to refund me but they never reply, also they never answer phone calls.
Bad smell inside the rooms, the Receptionist are Indian, so it is very difficult to communicate with them

The property management here booked my room to someone else and thus couldn't give me the room, despite having called them 4 days before the trip and having them confirm that they had my booking on file.

Manager couldnt find our reservation. Tried in person booking with the manager but there were no vacancies for rooms with jetted tub or other. While waiting to get ahold of Expedia, 2 more people were turned away because their reservation wasnt found either.

The property and room would have been fine for a roadtrip stopover, but when we arrived, they were reportedly overbooked with multiple disgruntled guests ... a very strange experience being asked to wait at our car for the manager to deal with this issue and then finally get our check-in and key.

Honestly it was a horrible experience. The room was very dirty. There were fresh blood stains on the sheets. Crumbs all over rhe floor, ans the toilet was not clean at all. There were pee stains everywhere. It also was very smelly. This place really needs to be inspected because it was just disgusting.

This hotel is probably better than others on Firestone Blvd. in Norwalk, which is not saying a lot. The room was clean but very dark and could use better lighting. Desk staff were not real helpful and did not answer calls. There is a need for a much overdue paint job on exterior areas.

It was horrible the new people that run the place are rude and very unprofessional,,ive been going there for 20 years and all of a sudden the want a deposit,,no next time nothing else and they got very upset. Never going back there!!
