Great customer service, however the rooms' amenities were outdated, with shaggy carpets and stained upholstery. There was a strong smell of mold and stale urine coming from the bathroom.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we were offered a snack while waiting. Our suite was gorgeous with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

It took about 15 minutes for the desk clerk to return to the desk. She was awesome once she got there.

Clean and quiet…except for the person stomping around in the room above me. But I can live with that - not something the hotel can control.

The staff are very friendly. Room was very clean with comfy bed and pillows. Major positive is the extra towels that they leave in the room!

Clean and courteous staff. Room was very comfortable and had all amenities. Location was near the freeway, but not too noisy. No complimentary breakfast, but delicious and affordable.

Room was nice, bed comfortable. Wish the shower head and the shower's sliding doors were better. Wish there was a complimentary breakfast, too. Oh well.

Nice place. Good location. Staff was very helpful in locating a safe overnight storage spot for some outdoor gear.

Spacious ADA room. Somewhat noisy bc it's next to the highway. Breakfast is extra but nicely serve. The beds though were too high I think for an ADA room. The self-serve laundry facility accepted debit/CC or coins so that was nice. The elevator was a little stuffy bc of the carpet floor.

We had to wait a half an hour to check in after 3:00. We sat and watched others check in before us. We were comped free breakfast the next morning and it was very good. We left a good tip for the waitress and then checked out only to realize after leaving that we were charged for another tip for the waitress. So she got a 12.00 tip for a 30.00 breakfast. She was good but we had already tipped her well. The last thing we thought was odd was we went to the pool and we were the only ones there. There was a cleaning cart with cleaning supplies on it and a plugged in vacuum near the pool. My husband and I both commented that it was a good thing that there were no children around.

Best part of the experience was the young woman who checked me in. She was pleasant, friendly and fast at getting me into my room. She was extraordinary at an otherwise average property.
