The room was very clean and up-to-date. It was just the smallest hotel/motel room I've ever been in. It should've been half the price it was so small. But the extra amenities offered made up for it to an extent.

Clean basic rooms and bathrooms are on the small side. Fairly convenient (8 blocks) to downtown shopping and river walk. 6 blocks to free parking lot for downtown access. Cheerful, helpful management and staff.

A really nice surprise! Can tell it is family owned by the pride they take in the entire operation. Including beautiful flower boxes all the way across the length of the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Super cute place to stay. LOVED that my hubby and I got some privacy, which we usually don’t get when sharing a hotel with our four kids. It was a perfect setup for us!
