Love staying here! Always clean! When there have been issues, they have been quick to get it resolved.

We had a great over night stay. Perfect location, good size pool/hot tub, staff was very friendly. We will be back!

The hotel itself was great! Service could use some work. Our coffee maker was broken and the front desk offered no solution. Some front desk workers were rude to our party, and others had no interest in assisting with various questions and needs.

Service is just okay. Break is offered, but food is not of high quality. One very frustrating issue was with TV signal constantly going in and out and the staff's seeming non desire to truly investigate and resolve. This was happening in multiple rooms.

Overall, good stay for 1 night. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Hotel is integrated into a shopping area, so plenty of chain stores.
*the rubber shower mat had visible mold on both top and bottom. Needs removed- not needed, unless you're unstable standing - as the tile shower floor is not slippery.

Whole floor smelled, along with our room. As we were checking out, the floor started to smell slightly better, but our room still had a bag smell to it. Pool isn't great, muggy, and small.

We always stay here when we go to lagoon. Everything was great! Only down side is that they only have one washer and dryer for the entire facility. I was stuck with wet clothes since someone had their laundry in the dryer and left it unattended. Aside from that overall experience

There was a crunchy contact on the ground and heavy dust on the vents. It was fine but not as nice as I was expecting. Plus they had no waffle maker for breakfast.

The check in process was delayed a bit, but otherwise the stay was good. Breakfast is minimal, bagels, cereal, fruit, scrambled eggs and very undercooked bacon.
Their restaurant only made pizza.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the last year, each time we had problems with cleanliness in our room. This particular time the bedding was terrible. We enjoyed our stay. I think the only annoying thing about it was the sliding door to the bathroom which kept getting played with by curious kids. Overall it was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast lady was quick to clean up messes. We really enjoyed the pool as well. It wasnt too chlorinated to have fun in and the hot tub was a decent temperature. Havent had that at other hotels with cold hot tubs.

Our mini fridge was not working and so they moved us to a different room. They were very quick to help us.
