Very small room right on the beach. All basic needs were met. Friendly service. They only accept cash though.

This was a lovely hotel next to the beach. Breakfast is included, lunch and dinner are provided but treated as a restaurant to which you buy per dish. The beach is right there and beach chairs and towels are included!! About a 20-30min ride to the center of split, a $15-$20 Uber ride one way. I highly recommend staying here, there are restaurants available along the beach if you don’t want to eat had the hotel.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Pansion Martin. Our room was very nice and the breakfasts were great. Pension Martin is an absolute gem. Well maintained and run property, with smiling owners ready to make your stay a special one. Excellent breakfast. Magnificent views. Calmness (off season). Rooms are small, but the property is awesome.
When I arrived, I was excited to test the water and went for a swim. The owner realized I didn't take a towel, and when I got out of the water, he laid out for me a clean towel on my lounge chair. That is what I call 5* service.

Small surprise in the morning when I wanted to settle the bill - no credit cards accepted, only cash.
This is not up to date!
Apart from that, everything good, nice people, good service!
