Our stay here was an overall pleasant one, with some minor complaints. First off, the fan in the room was extremely dusty and there was no air conditioning, so it got quite warm. Second, the room was clean but had an off odor to it, which we eventually got used to. Third, the parking is extremely tight and we had to squeeze out of our car to not hit the wall or the car next to us. Fourth, the cleaning ladies essentially forced us out early in the morning instead of letting us check out at our normal time, which would have been 11:00. Overall though, the stay itself was pleasant and right along the beach where we could see the ocean. If you were to stay here, I would recommend trying to not get a room on the ground floor, that way you can leave your door open to let in some cool air if needed. We couldn't because we were on the ground floor and had to bar the sliding door so people couldn't just walk in. We wouldn't be against staying here again but would be opting for an upper room next time.

Nice smaller property. Great ocean front view. A decent walk from the promenade turnaround and main area of seaside. Would stay again.

Very nice property. Only negatives were the broken non locking screen door, uncomfortable bed & pillows, and no non coffee drink options.

This place is fabulous! It’s within walking distance, along the strand, to downtown. Very clean and one can hear and see the ocean. There is beach access not too far and the beach is gorgeous! Highly recommend, and if we are ever this way again, we would stay here again!! Thank you!

The location of this hotel was a 10/10 It was very quiet, located at the end of the street, but easily walkable to restaurants and shopping. The only complaint we had was the housekeeping. We found a dirty pair of underwear under the mattress on day one, and no hand soap in the room. We kicked the underwear out of our room and it was there for 2 days. After day one, they didn’t leave us extra toilet paper.

Very lovely large room. The screen door was broken though. Having the door and windows open is essential without AC. Overall, it was a really lovely location and stay. We did a king suite with balcony.

For the price its a amazing place to stay, clean rooms, nice views of the ocean, honestly the only thing I wished I would of brought was some fan's, because it does get hot in the rooms, but overall I highly recommend this place.

Pillows were not at all comfortable nor was the mattress. But for the room rate the dwelling was pretty impressive otherwise. Would probably rent again but bring my own pillows

Fantastic hotel! Away from downtown Seaside but only takes 3-5 minute walk on Prom to get there. So quiet at night! Very clean and spacious! Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again! Seaside is so fun and nice!

The location of the property is fantastic, it’s right on the promenade. The ocean beach is about a 10 minute walk. The Seaside turnaround is also about a 10 minute walk. The turnaround is the end of the Lewis and Clark trail. There are multiple restaurants and souvenir shops readily available there. We stopped at the aquarium along the way, which is very impressive. Out grandson loved feeding the seals. The only negative about the property is that the carpet was worn.
