A little bit upset about the breakfast. I paid the breakfast online for two people/two days and we were surprise to be ask to paid again...... So I thought I made a mistake and verify few days later because it happened again in different hotel. This time, I managed to get our breakfast included.

Hotel was easy to find, good location, could leave car & walk down about 10 minutes to S-bahn to travel to Esslingen. Parking was narrow & tight but free. Check-in easy & friendly. Room was open & bright, bed comfortable, good shower, everything was clean, WiFi didn't work & couldn't reach anyone to get it fixed. Breakfast had a good variety & was tasty. Would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers.

Hotel is easy access to train station. Typical small room, but a very nice breakfast area with good selection. Limited English spoken by employees, but enough to get the point across. Very nice staff. No a/c. If you have to leave your window open, plenty of road and airplane noise. Inside, the noise is limited between rooms and hallway. Small shower. One of the two shower doors interferes with sink, so only opens inward. Not for larger people. Neither my laptop nor cell phone would connect to hotel WiFi.

We were surprised to find reception and hotel closed when we arrived at 8pm. A letter in German was taped to the door giving a password to a box containing out room key which tok a bit of understanding as we have little or no German.
Once over our anxiety and in the hotel everything was fine. Another memorable holiday experience!

Not great not bad either. I Would stay here again. I didn't have the breakfast but my friends said it was great. The rooms were very small even for germany but I got a good nights rest between the two days I spent at the beer fest in stuttgart. The cab ride was only 35 euro and took about 20 minutes.

location and service were good but room was basically only a single room with a fold out second bed that was a little uncomfortable being too close to the floor we had three rooms and two were this same set up and 1 was two regular twin beds but over all it was fine

First, the hotel has nice look from outside and the room is clean.
The owner, Mr. Gerhard is friendly and so do others.
Although it is located about 10 mins away from the train station but the air is fresh and morning stroll is best to do.
