The hotel is situated in an excellent location, just a stone's throw from a wet area where thousands of birds can be observed. Very quiet corner of Texel. We stayed in the most recently built room, which was very comfortable but a bit hot (only one window can be opened, and only partially). Also there was no kettle in the room, so we made our tea/coffee with the hot water coming from the tap. It would be nice to have a small kettle provided for guests. For the rest, a most pleasant stay. Dog friendly (no fees applied), and excellent breakfast included - which can be taken in the adjoining gardens if the weather allows. Highly recommended.

Great hotel. great breakfast. great staff. To get there we had to get there by the island hopper. Breakfast on the garden was delightful :)

This hotel is in a very good position,in the most beautiful area of the island. Is the best choice if you want to have a relaxing holiday. The breakfast is included, and the restaurant area is very nice. A negative thing are beds in the family room( very unconfortable)

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great! Out of towns and easy drives or bike rides to the beaches and national park. Right on the mud flats which is a fun excursion for birding and finding crabs. We had the family room and the sofa bed was OK but not very comfortable. The other beds were good.
