We had a number of issues while staying at this property unfortunately. The AC was down when we arrived, we lost hot water for a day, also missing towels one day as well. The team was very responsive at least. I would likely do a traditional hotel the next time. Location is as great though.

Loved this little apartment with laundry facilities. It is modern and tastefully decorated. It is literally a stones throw to everything in the old city. Lovely cafe downstairs called Cakestar. Absolutely loved my time here and would gladly stay again.

Apartment was beautifully decorated, very modern and extremely clean. The location is perfect for the central square and the old town. It is well equipped but the kitchen is limited so you may struggle to make a full meal, however, you dont need to with all the amazing and affordable restaurants on your doorstep.
We had a slight problem with our a/c when we were there but it was resolved very quickly and professionally.
Only downside was although luggage storage is provided, it is in another location 10 mins walk away and was not particularly secure.

The apartment was very nice and spacious. We are a family of 6 and it was roomy for us. It was clean and equipped with small kitchen. There were 2 spacious full baths in our apartment.Communication with the property manager was very pleasant and efficient. Location is perfect. Close to restaurants, museums and convenience stores. Walking distance to the Rynek’s square and the market and souvenir shops. We felt safe and transportation is easy. The best stay we’ve had in Europe. We would stay here again. Thank you! We had a wonderful time! 😊

Fantastic experience! Stayed with 2 adults and 3 children in December 2023-January 2024. New Years Eve from the rooftop was amazing! Very clean place with comfortable beds. Good communication. Less than 5 minutes walk from city centre. About a 10 minute walk from train station. Highly recommended!
