Amazing stay! Highly recommended. The front counter staff all knew English and were extremely helpful coordinating our ride to the airport. Fantastic breakfast and beach area.

The staff and food were absolutely amazing. The buffet was next level; impressive!!
There were a few issues with ants/bugs in the room, dirty pool, loud construction late at night (trying to fix elevator), broken faucet and elevator. The beach was hit and miss with the tide bringing in dirty polluted water and dead fish. There was an incident where police chased someone down the beach with ARs and hand guns and shots were fired.

The staff were absolutely amazing. I've stayed at over 400 Hilton hotels worldwide and this staff and their level of service is as good as it gets. Very clean hotel. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended

Beautiful waterfront hotel! The sea-view apartment was just perfect and receptionists spoke a great english (very very rare in Brazil). At the time of our visit (Aug 2019) the hotel is undergoing major upgrades and the noise level (as early as 7:45am) is most disturbing. Expedia did not mention this important detail and we were not advised at check-in. Another hiccup is the fact that Expedia mentioned that pets stay free.....but that was a lie.
