Lovely room with a modern bathroom. It has a fridge and a coffee machine. Would highly recommend staying here, it is in a great location. We booked this last minute and received excellent help when we required it to enter the building.

Very good location ...the window and door of the room opened onto the street ..our apartment was on street level which was a bit bizarre ..it made the room dark ..and you couldnt open up really .. the place itself was spacious clean and comfirtable for one night stay fine. At night we were woken by revellers outside singing etc but they moved on and we went back to sleep.

Lovely room and great central location. Easy walk to beach. Just be sure to register online BEFORE you get to hotel. I had trouble doing so and only completed half of it before arriving and did not receive the entrance code in advance. Luckily someone was there to let us in.

Modern, recently renovated rooms right in historic centre. Loved the tiny balcony with table and chairs. There is a small fridge with complimentary water and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Initial access to the building is via a Bluetooth key/code; room keys are in a key safe next to the room - tip: when you have put in the code, you need to turn the black button above the keypad in order to open it.
Cleaning was generally good but the floor was a bit sandy so needs sweeping before mopping. There weren't enough sockets for charging phones - had to use the one in the bathroom! .

The room itself was very clean, spacious, comfortable. Centrally located in Alicante's Casco Antiguo. Big caveat: completely electronic/online entry, which wasn't clear when booking. This is a problem if you don't have a stable Internet connection when traveling. Also, host could have replied more promptly to email queries about this

Everything was great!
Fantastic location, in the middle of town among all the restaurants, bars and shops, and at the same time walking distance to the beach, the Casino, Corte Inglés (fantastic shopping!).
But the most surprising thing was the condition of the room. The whole room looked newly renovated, incredibly clean, spacious, 2 balconies (!) and complimentary water, coffee and cake. I am very sensitive when it comes to the bathroom, usually they are quite outdated and ”dirty” but not here, newly renovated and super modern!
I would definitely return to this place and highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a nice stay in Alicante!

Fantastic location, in the middle of town among all the restaurants, bars and shops, and at the same time walking distance to the beach, the Casino, Corte Inglés (fantastic shopping!).

Nice little hotel, we stayed in the basic room. Reasonable size and very clean. Had all the basics you would need ie toiletries, kettle, hairdryer etc. We were able to drop our bags off early which was nice. We were even given complimentary pastries and coffee. Before checking in, we found it difficult trying to access the property, we were stood outside for a while trying to work out how to get inside as door is only accessible with a key. We ended up calling the number instead. However, overall was a good stay and would recommend.

The room is very nice and the area is great. The cleaning staff were also great. The main problem was check in. You have to have cell service in order to open the door. I tried contacting the hotel but no one ever returned my messages. I sent several from Expedia. It’s a zero staff service hotel other than the very nice cleaning staff.

I had been worried about this virtual key to open the door as I’m not very technological but it was brilliant! We were only 2 mins walk from great restaurants but quiet when we got back to the room

A fantastic place to stay in the centre of Alicante. Beautiful clean room and a great size. The only things which could improve would be an in room safe and somewhere to leave a bag. However, at the great price it is, I understand why this isn’t possible. Thank you for such a great stay

Thanks again to this lovely little property for a fab Christmas break in the old town part of Alicante - we’ve stayed before, we’ll definitely stay again. Big, comfy bed and room with plenty of storage. It’s a nice touch to have a coffee machine and fridge - and we really appreciated the Christmas chocolate gifts. The property is surrounded by countless bars and restaurants (some were closed on the evening of 24th December, but there was still plenty of choice, and everywhere seemed open for business again on Christmas Day).

However, once we got to our room-door, we had to phone-in to get the code into the lock-box for the door-key. My messages in Expedia to the property went unanswered. You cannot leave your luggage here for the day after check-out.
Do not shower too hard, or too long. The shower-floor will over-flow easily, and there may not be enough hot water for 2 long showers. The water also sprays everywhere. Our bath-mat was taken away on our third day and we had to mop-up the water from the floor with our own towels.

Most places in Alicante are walkable. This property is just off Ramblas, and about 1 minute from the Town Hall, and 2 minutes from the waterfront.
