One night stay on the way to Nashville. Great location off the highway and room was perfect

Spacious room and very busy hotel. Lots of people, including a bus load that arrived right AFTER me! Our room had plenty of space, was up to date with furnishings and equipment to include having USB-C outlets. Coffee is available 24-7 with machines that grind bean when with the push of a button. So, all good here and I recommend it.

The stay was ok but it was so loud early every morning starting at 7am I thought I was in a construction zone. When I checked in the staff was a lil rude maybe it was because it was late in the evening but besides that everything was ok

When I check in the staff was rude and not understandable plus on Friday i spoke with a lady ask can i come in a little early she check and told me yes i can at noon found out by the staff she didnt put it in the computer

It was in process of remodel but our room had been completed. Very nice! Good style and comfort. The other aspects of remodel did not interfere with our stay at all. Breakfast had good variety. They did not have individual coffee pots in room but fresh brewed was available in lobby 24/7. I am a big coffee drinker but did not mind that switch to cut down on waste. Fresh baked cookies were available in lobby as well. There are not a lot of restaurants in town that are open in evening. Some fast food chains.

But no fruit juice. Our room though was perfect except for toilet paper nearly out with no back-up. Went to lobby to get a roll. Also, the toilet seat was very loose. An INCONVIENCE credit should be made! Normal rate was used. REPLY?
