The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was better than most hotels.

Arrived with small children expecting a pool, which i had requested when i booked. Out of commission, no one informed me.

I would give this property a 5 star rating but the pool was under renovations when we got there (with no pre warning before going) so the kids were disappointed. However, staff was wonderful,our room was spacious and clean, it was a quiet area and the breakfast in the morning was delicious

When the 4 of us arrived for our suite room we were told that it was taken by someone else. We then were given the only option for a smaller room instead. Also, we booked this hotel to use the pool which we found out was closed and would be for 2 weeks. I had only booked the room a week before without any notification it was closed.

We chose this hotel specifically for the pool and then we're not told till we got there that it was closed. Other than that it was clean and nice

Checked in and said I didn’t have a reservation even after showing them my confirmation # for the 3 suites. They said that because I booked on a 3rd party that it wasn’t a guaranteed reservation and that they didn’t have any rooms available. Then the manager came out once he found out reservations but said it would be at least an hour before our rooms would be ready because they were still dirty and it was after 3. Then when our rooms were finally ready, they were still dirty. You could see hand prints all over the doors, mirrors were dirty and we had an AC unit that leaked all over the floor and had to change to a different room. I was told I was going to get a discount but haven’t seen anything on my credit card. Tyler had an attitude with every question I asked.

The property had a very strong smoke smell and the pool was close and not mentioned when the room was booked. We ended up not staying and going to a different hotel.

One of my rooms had a lot of water damage from the air conditioner unit the floor was just wet and my room had ants in the floor and the lock on the bathroom door would not lock they had to move me to another room and that carpet was a mess as well plus the pool was down I would not have booked here had I known this however the staff there was very sweet

I stayed here for four nights with my family. The location of the hotel was easy access and near a lot of stores and food places. We love that this hotel offers complimentary breakfast. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
