Served its purpose for an overnight stay. Quick check in. Efficient and friendly staff. Good location immediately outside the old town. Close to tram and bus stop. A fair distance away from the train station. However, room and bathroom had a bad smell; shower head leaked at various places and sprayed out of the shower. Shower had dark dirt/mould stains in the corners.

It was not enough air in the room especially during the night. Other than this breakfast was excellent. Room was very quit and location was perfect for old city exploration.

First impression- scary. We had to loop around to find the entrance. In the 3 minute loop, I saw multiple rats and several homeless people.
Rooms are small and spartan. Lots of flies. Towels are very old and stiff.
On the positive note, they do have an elevator. The breakfast was good. And the staff was kind.

Staff and rooms were all to an OK standard.
However - our hire car which we parked as close as possible to the hotel, was vandalised overnight, causing considerable damage, delay and additional unplanned expense.

Convenient and is a decent value for what it is. I needed a low cost place to stay for 1 night, it served its purpose.

Manager could do better or have better attitude about failure in providing guests Wifi access, which is promised but not at mercy of the hotel. Customer Service seems to be a big issue in this kind of budget hotel. My two nights stay over in Avignon could be a more comfortable one, after overcoming the bunk bed setting in room.

The hotel is very well located for people coming by car since there is a free parking spot nearby and the main old town attractions are within an easy walking distance. However, the rooms resemble more an old student dormitory instead of a hotel, many things are broken and the over feeling is disappointing. The price, however, was quite competitive.

Great value for your money. We stayed just one night. It was quiet, check-in was easy and staff was friendly. It’s a good place to stay right outside Avignon center (where it’s hard to drive and park.)

Value for money and excellent location. Free parking just 350m from the hotel door. 2 minute walk into the old city and down to the rive Rhône. Very helpful and friendly staff.
