Lady at check in was very rude. Woukd have switched hotel but we arrives a luttle past midnight and we had paid for it upfront.

There was not anything that we did not like. The front desk clerk was super friendly. The room was well equipped, spacious, comfortable and clean. The property was conveniently located near restaurants and the breakfast at the hotel was great and included in the price.

The toilet had feces stuck inside the rim.
The microwave dish is dirty.
There were no instructions to work the blinds or shower.
The blind didn't work properly.
When I told the desk just before I checked out, they didn't seen to care.
As i walked through the cluttered lobby, i heard the staff complaining about me making a complaint.
No one talked to me as i walked and shook my head in sadness.
More importantly, this establishment abuses the Stars and Stripes.
It is torn and left out in severely inclement weather.
This is a clear sign that Hilton are lacking in pride or honor.
I do NOT reccomend staying here for distressing.

The utensils in the drawer were dirty and grease covered, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed well and the kitchenette area floor had not been mopped. The sliding 'barn doors' for the bathroom were a bit odd and didn't provide much privacy - particularly without a bathroom fan.

Room was great and very clean. Large refrigerator, dishwasher, real plates and cups, silverware, and even a toaster in our room outside the normal coffee maker and microwave. Staff was very friendly and pleasant to speak with. Getting access to the room and amenities was very easy. Overall care of the property was excellent. We typically stay at Hampton Inn but going forward our new preference is Hilton2 Suites.

Staff was very friendly and pleasant to speak with. Getting access to the room and amenities was very easy. Overall care of the property was excellent. We typically stay at Hampton Inn but going forward our new preference is Hilton2 Suites.

Price kept going up every time I had anything to do with this trip. I started out going to pay one amount per night and by the time I was done I paid double. WAY TOO MUCH!!!

Clean room, good breakfast. Only complaint was that I travel for work and our job was cut a day short so I went to get a refund for the last night. The lady at the front desk ( I believe her name was Shannon) said they do not give refunds for third party bookings. I told her i travel frequently and have never had a problem with getting a refund and I’ve stayed at this hotel before. She then started to get an attitude and eventually started raising her voice. Needless to say I did get my refund so that’s a plus.
