From the outside it looks really nice! The room though was outdated and had random scuffs, chipped paint, gross caulking in the shower.

Quiet hotel but the bed was a bit firmer than I prefer. Breakfast was okay but there was an omelet station with no one there to make them.

Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. The elevator broke, never got notified. I was stuck in it for ten mins, they didn’t care. Restaurant, closed, no one turned up to work that day for it so it wasn’t available. Pool, nope, not available, they had to drain it. No sign or anything. Staff, couldn’t give two hoots about customer service. Breakfast, disgusting, had to leave and get breakfast elsewhere. It was better than sleeping in a cardboard box but that’s about it.

Room and staff great. I ate at the breakfast bar and 20 minutes later became quite sick. My best guess is the silverware or dishes were not properly cleaned.

Hotel attestant was extremely irritated that we interrupted her cellphone time at check. The hotel pool was down, along with the elevator. The rooms were not clean, floors were sticky and the bed was super uncomfortable. Be prepared for a stiff back in the morning!

Foyer is nice, pool was closed, room entry doors have a huge gap, couches are gross and dirty and so worn its incredible to see in a Hyatt. The windows don't seal properly so wind whistles constantly. Bathroom mirror was cloudy and streaked, water dispenser needed a new filter and the tray was gross. Coffee pot was dirty, two of your housekeepers couldn't understand on word of English. Not what I was expecting at all for a Hyatt.

Very convenient airport location, and easy free parking. The check-in a bit slow. Rooms a bit beat up (chipped wooden furniture) but the rest was neat enough. Breakfast idea of a custom omelet station is a delightful one, but there was a long queue so I didn't wait, and when our friends joined us the omelet maker wasn't there.
