The king suite was nice

Was told check in was at 3 couldn’t check in u til after 4pm then got into our room our bed was not made at all sheets were on the stand in the bedroom and our door wouldn’t open with the keys had to have someone manually open the door for us after a few keys were remade

there were no hand towels or wash cloths in the room. The dishwasher was full of dishes. The room had an unpleasant ordor.

Our room smelt like dog pee, had to go to walmart and get our own fabreeze, plug ins and pet spray, opened up windows, it was bad! Our room had no shampoo or conditioner, I asked three employees for some and never did get any

Nothing! My guest decided not to check in after I told them about the hotel. I left at 3:30 that morning and went and stayed with them at the Hamptom. The Hotel had no pool, no hot tub. It had no ice machines and that means the instructions on the back of the door regarding what to do in a fire is worthless! I forgot to bring a base for my charger cord for and the room had not one place to put the cord for charging my phone. Went down stairs to confirm this was true and it was. Checking out the next morning I think the GM was who I talked to, I found out that they do have a bases but I was told no and so since my phone was going to die I had to leave. The GM also told me they were scheduled for upgrades but there was only cars in the parking lot and I paid for two roooms, one never used and mine used for hrs. The worst hotel ever!

I booked on-line and pre-paid but still had to give all the information again upon getting my key.
