The hotel is in a very convenient location near the mall and parkway. There's also public transportation available nearby with the Long Island Railroad and LI Bus. The suite was spacious, with comfortable seating on the couch and accent chair. The lighting was also good. The refrigerator and counter area were clean upon arrival, though it would be nice for the hotel to provide dish detergent since the suite has a full kitchen dishes and utensils. The kitchen area was small, and the dinette table had a water stain. I wasn't thrilled with the design of the bathroom, which placed the sink outside of the door from the toilet and shower. Personally, I prefer a bathroom where everything (sink, toilette, and shower) is behind one door. I was surprised that the suite wasn't equipped with a smart tv. I was looking forward to streaming on Netflix or YouTube, but only limited cable and local channels were available. Good overall.

I was in town for a brief stay. I had multiple rooms for my family and I. The hotel is modern. The rooms were clean. However the ceiling had stains from water and different corners of the bed and walls were like chewed up and fray. The front desk attendant, Kenny was helpful but all his answers were a “matter of fact” like i was supposed to know the answer to my question already. The young lady that came in the next was very sweet and knowledgeable. One thing i will say is that this was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in my life of traveling. Different variety, hot breakfast and delicious. Great for children and good walking distance to stores even though they have everything you need at the front desk. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was huge and had a lot of very nice amenities -- full-sized fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, dishes, dishwasher, kitchen table, couch, cozy armchairs, etc.
My first night, they hadn't held a room for me, and the hotel they sent me to instead wasn't of the same level.
Dining table and bathroom floor in room weren't well cleaned before I got there or after housekeeping picked up my tip the next day.
I saw a roach when I heated up food in the room and decided to leave early.
Staff were helpful with problems but I got the feeling they are not paid enough.

I absolutely love this hotel, great staff friendly and professional! I needed a late check out and they were very accommodating. Love that my suite had a full kitchen and more importantly a dish washer

The room staff was good. The Hotel had no internet service on Friday 8/924 and 8/10/ 24 only came on 8/11/24, Lights were flickering. Breakfast was terrible and limited, the oranges looked as if they were not fit for human consumption. First time at this brand would not recommend.

When we arrived the Properties internet connection wad down due to Hurricane Debby. Staff was working without computers. Making it difficult for them. They were professional, understanding, and accommodated the best they could. Staff was always friendly throughout our stay and our room was very comfortable. Kiddos enjoyed the pool and we loved the location. Plenty of dining and shopping. The beach was close enough to get there fast but not having to pay beach hotel prices! We will absolutely be staying here again!

The place is nice but noisy. Our neighbor was playing music of some sort until 10:45pm that we can hear it in our bedroom. The bathroom needed a little cleaning and updating. There was shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in the shower. Although, the condioner was empty. The bed was confortable. There was a full kitchen which was nice. Overall it was a nice experience.
